the heat in my room did not work. when i walked in the room was at 49.

Well things that i was told that would be up and running wasn't. And it was my main reason for going there.The hot tub.

Received an upgrade when checking in! Always friendly and accommodating. My “Fo To” hotel when in the area

It was EXCELLENT

I had to switch rooms 3 times in one night because the rooms were either moldy, broken items everywhere, or just filthy like no one ever cleaned the rooms. The. When you inform the manger he just looks at you as if your crazy and tells you it’s not that big of deal to have mold even if you have a infant with you. Ridiculous!!!! And don’t even try to ask for corporate number because they all will just ignore you or say they don’t know it.

I loved that I had a Seperate bedroom from my living room. I didn’t like the fact that there was a bug crawling on my wall and there were dead insects in the pool and hot tub and the floor of the pool was coming off in pieces

We like the location

Room was nice. Mostly clean (a used towel was left in a drawer). Power went out at hotel from 6pm-1:30am. I'm sure many guests were upset about it. Front desk seemed flustered in general. Didn't seem they cared. Could have handled it better.

For the most part it has been fine. Yesterday a front desk employee had a melt down and was screaming at a coworker, may have been the most unprofessional act I have ever witnessed.

This was our third time staying at this hotel. I love the location right off of the highway and the evening check in staff is always very friendly and welcoming. On this visit, my hubby and I came up to visit some friends for his birthday. We had a great time, the room was clean, the staff were wearing masks and encouraging guests to wear masks in public areas. They also had a nice system for pool reservations. Good experience. The only negatives I would say would be one of the elevators is pretty scary(feels like your falling, very loud) and there were apparently several gatherings happening on the 3rd floor where our suite was and there was bags of trash outside of almost every door when we arrived. Just not a very welcoming look. I understand that the lady at the front desk was probably working by herself(she was folding towels in a nearby room when we arrived around 8pm) May want to think about that, we didn’t care, but someone else might complain.
