Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Windsor

Very comfortable stay. The front desk lady let me check-in early which was great as I hadn’t slept much the night before. The location is perfect, right across the street from Timmys. Definitely worth the money

The staff were great and the hotel was clean. The hotel is under renovation so iam looking forward to seeing the improvement.

The top. Was quite small and there was a hair on the bed before we even laid down.

We trust Hampton Inn and it was pretty much as expected, with a few issues The property is currently undergoing some renovations and these are much needed. The room we had was either freezing or hot - no in between. The chair at the desk was very old, not adjustable and needs to be disposed of. I understand the due to Covid-19, breakfast is scaled down - however, there was no fruit, some wrapped bagels and just a few very odd 'pie' flavoured yogurt servings - but very few. The first morning, we missed out on everything, second morning we just arrived to get the last 3.

My room had a musty/bad smell, i had to go and buy a air freshener plug in to help, carpet was dirty, fridge made a high pitch squeal noise, shower drain was backed up, furniture from the early 2000s was very dated

The hotel was very nice. The room was cleaning snd well organized.

Check in was prompt, staff were friendly, unfortunately the pool was closed given the circumstances that’s understandable. The continental breakfast was slim, also understandable. The main thing that really needs improvement are the 20 year old TVs. Time for an upgrade, so difficult to use. Otherwise pleasant stay, nice to see they’re beginning to renovate

Great staff. Clean rooms and perfect location for food. Nice location for access to the Bridge to the USA.

To start with no one said anything about room not being cleaned after one night stay came back to room and was very disappointed to see it was not done I paid for two nights and this is not what I expected plus no breakfast cause of Covid also and no discount very disappointed
