Super 8 by Wyndham Santa Cruz/Beach Boardwalk East

Looked like the room was robbed - very large empty room with a bed and a tv, damaged walls and paint. Clean but stained towels, just didnt want to touch anything. Arrived late or would have left. Paid $200 for a $49 truck stop motel, don't believe the 'Wyndham' in the name, very low end motel - if you need a pilllow in a crunch with no availability, i guess it works, I'd look elsewhere. Walking around the boardwalk, there were 15 nicer places within blocks. This place shouldnt be on Hotels.com

We stayed at there for the weekend . The room was super sketchy. The “AC” did not work and was super loud .sheets were stained and the bed was a foldable bed .

Room was disappointing due too upholstery and pool was super cold and was one of the main reasons we booked here.

I enjoyed my stay at the Super 8. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfy and the room was large and comfortable. It was very clean, with hard floors that were cleaned daily. My only complaint was the hot water. I don't like having to run the water so long to get it hot. Took 10 or 15 minutes to get warm water and longer to get actual hot.

I like that the room that we stayed in was clean and newly renovated with a contemporary touch. The features outside could use a little improvement. It was a decent stay.

Exterior was disappointing, but the room was good, and the location was good.

We stay at super 8 because of the staff. Always super nice.

Staff was very friendly and helpful , the room was excellent and very clean wich made my stay very comfortable

The rooms were very clean and recently renovated. Easy walk to the boardwalk.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at our hotel. We liked the cleanliness of our room and how we were walking distance away from the boardwalk. We also enjoyed the fact that there was breakfast. Yet there could’ve been fresh fruit And some eggs weather boiled or made. Also having to walk all the way to the back parking lot just to have a smoke was quite inconvenient. Other than that our stay was great!
