Apex City of Glasgow Hotel

Lovely modern hotel with excellent facilities. Ebookers however said this was a VIP access hotel yet no VIP services were provided....ie room upgrade so not sure what this is supposed to mean

Booked the loft suite but dissapoingly small. The staircase in the room was difficult to get up and down. Stayed in same loft room Edinburgh thinking that it would be same but not.

If you are a Gold member, you won’t get the same benefits as you do in the London Apex Hotels. They wanted to charge for a late check out (always been free in London), my complimentary drink was from a limited menu (unlike London) and there was no room upgrade. Probably not worth paying extra for over other hotels.

Helpful staff and very clean.

Room was a bit small and view was not great but the beds were comfy and the staff were excellent especially Katarina in the bar she really was amazing and so welcoming. The showers were amazing too. Very clean great location. All together nice stay.
