Comfort

The room was clean and had new amenities. The fridge and microwave were a bonus. Front desk staff was hospitable with a good sense of humor.

Be aware of what you are getting into...

Unable to check in! Mid-afternoon and the doors were locked with no one at the desk. A phone call to the hotel got an answering machine, when all my details were left, the call was NEVER returned. I waited 30 min. and no one showed up. I finally left... The hotel is an old run-down left over from the 50's or 60's charging outrageous rates for what it is...old, stale and rundown. People were working on broken cars in front of the rooms, doors wide open, people and stray dogs loitering about, dirt and weeds in the broken parking lot. This is my observation...they really not looking for return business. Be aware and cautious...

Do Not Stay Here

This hotel charged almost $200 a night and when we got there it did not look inviting. We were given keys to one room that had two entrances with one back door that looked like it was previously kicked in. The carpets and bed linens were all stained and we did not feel safe or comfortable in this room at all. They also say that they have wifi and it would not work in the room and they said there were many modems and could not just be reset. The TVs were also very old and did not work. We complained as I needed internet. We were moved to a new room, which was better than the first but still not great. Carpets and linens were still stained. Wifi was still not great but atleast worked as I had to do work from the hotel. We booked it for two nights but quickly booked a different hotel for our second night as we did not feel comfortable staying here. For $200/night is laughable.

Property is ideally located to the park and stores and restaurants. A little outdated, the rooms could use a microwave and a mini fridge.
