Nice & New Bradley

Beautiful new hotel in clean, safe, walkable downtown location near restaurants, parks, waterfront greenway, etc. Hotel staff was superb and never lost their cool even though they were busy, and I complained about waking up to construction cranes beeping every morning for 3 days starting at 6:30am. Sorry I was a bit cranky by the 3rd day. I would like to stay there again when construction across the street is completed, only because I like to sleep in till 8:30 or 9am.

Our new go-to place in Fort Wayne

Very comfortable and clean location. My only issue was the lack of on-site parking. They will want to charge you $14 and you probably won't find a space on their tiny lot. Otherwise wonderful and the best value in Fort Wayne.

10 ⭐️’s for one of the best hotels I’ve visited

I this quaint, boutiqueish,affordable, beautiful hotel is located in the center of the Fort Wayne. On all my travels I’ve never been more impressed… everything was perfect… I just wish they had more across the country!

The hotel was beautiful, it smelled great and was new and clean. The rooftop bar is adorable. However, it was very understaffed. My phone and TV did work and there was one young gentleman Working the entire hotel that evening. He was dressed in an adidas jumpsuit which was odd for such a nice hotel and said there was no one inside to help fix anything in my room. Sad those basic things couldn’t be handled. Otherwise it would have been awesome. They also offer no valet service and the parking garage is a block away.

Nice Rooms

The room was great but no phone in the room is a poor idea. I texted 3 times before receiving an answer to my checkout question. They had a hot water problem (nobody's fault I'm sure, things happen) but it resulted in taking cold showers in the morning. Loved the rooftop restaurant. No valet parking because short of help - that I understand, affecting everyone.

Meh

While the hotel is centrally located to a number of great spots and the bedding was superior, the attention to detail in a few items lacked. First, I thought I had been overcharged for my hotel room when it was only a $75 a night incidental (!!!) hold on my card. That definitely would’ve been nice to know. The bar area on the first floor was fully staffed yet the product was lacking and literally took “forever” to be served. We ate at the restaurant on the first floor (was told the food on the rooftop was not good) and it was just ok. Very few options and overpriced for the quality. Overall a decent stay but most likely would choose a different hotel.

Wonderful hotel downtown Ft Wayne. Close to great restaraunts and bars. The Bradley's own roof top bar is quite nice too!
