Courtyard by Marriott Oklahoma City Downtown

The booking I chose showed pictures of a balcony and we did not receive a room with a balcony and the Woman at the front desk said since it was a 3rd party reservation that she couldn't do anything about it, just thought that wasn't right.

I booked this room for my daughter & I to spend NYE. It was so nice, perfect for what we wanted. We had the best view of the fireworks from our window. The only downfall was the bathroom was not as clean as I would’ve hoped for. Other than that great room.

Renee the Concierge was horrible she lacked customer service and wasn’t pleasant at all. Not what I would call customer service.

The property is very clean. The beds are comfortable. The views of the city are excellent. The downfall is their amenities are closed because of covid. They do not give you enough coffee creamer and sugar and you can't find it anywhere. A bummer for someone who drinks coffee. Otherwise, this place is good. Just a typical hotel.

It was accross the street from bricktown. Staff when checking in was friendly. Male staff when checking out was rude and basically called us liars. Pubic hairs were on toilet seat when checked in. Bar and restaurant was closed and not available during the stay.

All in all, very pleasant stay. With covid, there was no room service but the front desk did an excellent job of providing needed items. They were even nice enough to provide some toiletries that we forgot to bring. The noise from the street below was surprising however. I had ear plugs in and was still woken up several times each night. We were on the 7th floor so I was shocked with how loud the cars were. But with a great location and excellent desk service, it was still a great overall experience and I'd stay here again.

A while ago my car was broken in to at a different hotel. I ran into security and asked a favor to keep an eye on my car. In the morning there was a note under my wipers informing me the car was safe and for me to stay safe. That meant the world to me!! Top notch security, front desk staff was very informative. Extremely clean room.

The room was nice and very clean. Staff very welcoming and nice. We understand having to manage the Pandemic and minimizing exposure. If the intent is to not service the rooms, leave enough supplies for the designated stay. Customers should not have to ask for more shampoo, lotion, etc on the second morning.
