Very friendly staff and excellent communication

Great stay room service was very helpful and kept towels provided and room clean. Wonderful bartender and pool was nice and love being so close to the beach. This was our second stay at the hotel love it every time and was able to get the first floor as I requested and shower was really hot which was great 😊 and loved the jet tube ❤️ Thank you laquinta Inn for excellent service. Only thing the internet wouldn’t connect to YouTube in the room beside that everything was great and loved breakfast really tasty :)

Our room had no wifi our whole stay. The smoke alarm went off every night at exactly 12:00 am. We had to call the front desk to make sure everything was okay because the front desk never called to check on us when it happened. We had no hot water our first night and then they turned it completely off on the second day.They had two elevators and on the second day one broke down so everyone was having to share one.They expect a room that slept 5 would be comfortable with only 3 bath towels.

No hot water

There was no hot water to shower, I had to take a cold shower and there was only one towel called front desk to bring me several towels and front desk asked me to put the used towels outside the door , which I did. They didn’t bring the towel stayed outside my room all night , when I called the front desk to bring me towels for the second time , but stated that people are gone and I would have to come down and get them . Ugh 😑 so annoyed and don’t know if I would like to stay here again , love the view of the ocean though. !! I need a good experience the next time I. One out or I will not refer anyone here !!

Nice hotel on the beach no hot tub. Dog friendly. Great staff. Not enough plug ins for all our phones. Weird breakfast food “roast”? For two mornings we were there.

Very disappointed!!!

First and foremost it was my first and last time staying here! For the price I expected more sad part is that I stayed 2 nights I expected the room to be refilled with cups for coffee sugars stirrers! I had to go ask the front desk for some! They only gave me 2! When its a room for four guests! Very sad service . No toilet paper was left on our second day!! Hotel itself smelled funky as soon as you came in. Just like they are Cautious how many guests there is they should be cautious how many toiletries they should replenish! Water in the shower was very low! Very disappointing to see how a pricy hotel is very low on customer service and low on how to treat customers!

Quality of Service & Confort has reduced

Always Enjoyed staying here cause of location and Breakfast , However there is something wrong going here with water quality. The juice, apple juice and ice water tasted like dirt during breakfast same with water from the shower and sinks, beds were uncomfortable and everyone awoke with back pain. May need to reconsider for a neighboring hotel on next visit to South Padre

Very nice..only thing that bothered me was the squeaky bed..it made a loud noise when Id gwt up to go to rr at night and woke um my husband..every time. Rm 115

NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN

HORRENDOUS, dated, old, cringy. Never staying again.Horrible service. Paid over $400 for one night expecting a nice room. This is motel, $50 p night quality.
