this hotel is very hard to find, especially after sunset. signs and lighting are minimal. it is tucked behind a gas station. When we called the first time, it would have been helpful for them to provide some highlights to finding it...

They didnt inform me or offer any sort of discount for the pool and hot tub being closed. The bed in the suite was rock hard, like super uncomfortable. The breakfast choices were very slim.

The room was clean. The bed was still encased in plastic so every time you moved you could hear it. Fair room for the price, nothing fancy.

Place and staff is nice. Very nice.

Not a clean or friendly place. I eventually was told Id be compensated... Still waiting on that. So in the end Management did resolve the issue for my family and I. But thats about the only good thing I can mention about this hotel.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, and there were problems the whole way. The location was sketchy, to say the least. The room was non smoking but had the obvious smell of smoke. The 2nd night they had a huge group of college kids partying outside the hotel, and this continued on for the entirety of our stay. We also ran out of towels and washclothes, and when we went to get more from the front desk, they said they didn't have any, and had to go into the pool area to get them, not only did they stink, but they were stained too. The room was sub-par. Beds and pillows were thin and not good quality. The key card also didn't work the 2nd night and we went to get another key card but those didn't work either. Had to get a 3rd key card to get in our room. All around awful trip. Will not be back

Do not stay at this hotel. We stayed there last year and we’re very happy with the quiet surroundings and the cleanliness. However now in Covid they have transients living there doing drugs in the backyard very noisy beds uncomfortable, covered in plastic that make noise all night. Do not stay there

Location out of the way. Not much in the way of amenities at this location. $250 deposit by credit card required. i was told they induced this charge because of problems they have had. That made me question whether or not my personnel property was at risk staying at this location. I had a difficult time even locating the hotel. No signage at main road to indicate location.
