Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Houston Hobby Airport.

Had such a disheartening experience, first I admit to my own mistake in booking on the wrong day and showing up a day early that was on me. I showed up and saw my mistake and they couldn't accommodate a change as no room was available other than a pricey suite that night, so he said he would cancel my reservation on their end, he SAID he canceled it then told me to contact hotels.com for my refund, so I did. Called next day for refund and god behold the hotel didn't approve the refund. He said I never showed up or canceled it. I was there, being able to accommodate a guest should be a priority and I could of easily just picked another date, my job requires me to stay at hotels often, but no I was told to cancel that it was fine, yeah just to get mislead by them. Terrible customer service on both ends of this, the hotel and hotels.com

Comfy and good for the price

Check in process was quick, room was clean and staff was friendly.

There was loud music played from the room next door, I had to call the front desk 3 times and had to go downstairs. After 4 hours (130am) they finally got it under control

Streaming non existent. Front desk told us this happens all the time and I don’t know how to fix it. Property is aging and not aging well. Neighborhood is also changing. Not what I expect from this property.

Despite this hotel having the convenience of being close to the airport we planned on departing from the next morning, it was barely worth our stay. The location is frightening to say the least, and the room reeked of residual cigarette smoke that regardless of our effort, was impossible to ignore. The towels were rough and the custodial services were subpar.

The room was big, nice and clean. Nicely greeted on entry!

Enjoyed my one day stay. It was clean, comfortable and everything according the covid safety. All members of staff were great. No breakfast at the restaurant but they have a “to go” option which included water, snack bar and a cinnamon roll.

Excellent service and nice facilities... I'd love to stay again.

My experience at the Fairfield Inn was great. The beds are top notch and the facility and staff were wonderful.
