Red Roof Inn Tulsa

The room is basically what you expect for the price. The front desk staff were less than thrilled that their video game (on the big screen tv in the lobby area) and their internet browsing were interrupted by my need to check in, and other then being generally unfriendly, there were no problems. I assume hotel life during COVID is rough.

People running up and down the stairs all night long

It was a clean room (although there was a soap wrapper on the floor near the bed) and the bed was comfortable. The location is near a lot of traffic so there was always noise. The lobby was closed so transactions had to happen through a small window, and I was charged twice - once under the wrong name, which will hopefully be corrected ASAP.

Manager was rude, inconsiderate

The check in was fast. I was thinking to relax at the pool but pool was covered i think they were fixing it. The room was ok the bathroom was ok also but went to sleep and when i woke up surprise surprise there was a bed bug or some weird bug in top of my socks. I didnt complained i just did the check out and left. Just be careful doesnt matter how tired you are inspect the room before going to sleep. Also there were short hairs in the sheets i knew they were not mine because im bold. I will never stay in a red roof again.

Horrible staff. Won't visit another one ever again. Room filthy.

Did not appreciate paying for the room online and then when my husband arrived they wanted a $50 deposit for damage or theft. I offered to provide my card but front desk said he needed to swipe the card. Then he wanted me to email card info, umm no. Room was fine. Will not stay again because of the deposit.

The rooms were clean and relatively new. That's probably all I can say that's good. That's probably all the good I can say. The hotel itself is in a sketchy area. The outside needs updated badly. There were a lot of folks sitting outside with loud music playing, etc. Going to and from my room I did not feel very safe. I would not stay again, due to the area.

Do not stay here! They require a$50 deposit even if you have prepaid. On checking out, they said it would take 14 days to credit the deposit back. Ridiculous
