My stay in the signature suite

Receptionist wasn’t too friendly and the suite didn’t seem to be cleaned thoroughly which was a little alarming since we are in a pandemic. Asides from that the hotel was stunning, looked exactly like the photos of not better and perfect location!

Ok stay.

We had a room with a kitchen but no napkins, paper towels, cutlery or plates or bowls. Had to request it, but it felt like it was a big chore for the front desk staff to bring it up.

Horrible stay and the worst experience

I recently stayed here on December 14. I had a horrible experience. The parking was really expensive a whole $35. I checked in with the guy manager and he seemed nice but as soon as I got to my room it was completely different then the one I booked and payed for in the pictures. It looked worse and everything looked old and not updated like in the photos. I didn’t even complain about that I continued my stay. It was a business trip/ birthday gathering with my business associates as we have a boutique together and we were doing a secret Santa for the company. We were being very responsible and it was only the 4 of us that were there. We by accidentally only put 2 people down in the room but it allowed us 4 guests on the booking and I thought it had put 4 guests already because when I booked it I searched up 4 guests. As soon as me and my associates realized we decided that 2 of us will sleep there and 2 of them will drive and go home later on. Me and my business associates see each other daily and two of them were family memebers and the rules for COVID was 6 people inside and no more yet a rude lady by the name of sharron or Shannon I believe it was the night time manager that day proceeded to harasse my friends and tell them to show their ids and barge into our room leaving us with no privacy as soon as she seen 2 more people and we just orderd a pizza and we’re relaxing in our Pajamas’s making no noise and no problems she screamed at us and told us to get the hell out and

The hotel and room was excellent. The staff were very kind and personable.The room was large and comfortable with all the convieniences of home. My only negative comment is the poor internet service and my tv cut out in the middle of a movie.. they need to go to a better service provider.

It was my fault that I did not read the description of this hotel. It was more of a condo, no dining room, and no lounge. The next selection will be well thought out!

Great check in process and we got a comp upgrade to a newly renovated suite so that was very nice! Felt very safe to be here amid the Covid pandemic and there were a lot of precautions being visibly taken by the hotel to ensure guest safety.
