The Benjamin

Great location. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Especially like the mini kitchens! Staff are friendly and helpful. The National ( closed due to COVID-19) is a great restaurant.

The Benjamin felt like a home away from home stay. I have been to NY on numerous occasions and always tried a new place, but I don’t think I need to do that anymore.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Benjamin for a New Year’s Eve getaway. Check-in was easy and quick. We were greeted warmly. We were provided with a complimentary upgrade to a suite which we were thankful for. The room was beautiful, cozy, clean and comfortable. We were in walking distance to St. Patrick’s cathedral, Saks 5th ave, Rockefeller center and lots of dining and shopping. Overall it was a great stay.

Classic NYC hotel in the heart of east midtown with top-notch service by the excellent and kind staff. Every single team member (eg, Napoleon at front desk) was helpful, courteous, thoughtful. Convenient location and beautifully appointed rooms. It was a great stay! Highly recommend.

the rooms were recently renovated so everything was very neat and clean. They offer a robe and plenty of shower amenities. Small kitchen area is a plus! The lobby is very small and unfortunately due to Covid, in room dining was not available. Also the National Restaurant was closed.

I’ve stayed there many times They have kitchenettes. It’s centrally located. Comfortable bed with whatever kind of pillows One wants.

Top three of hotels I have been in my entire life. The place but mainly the PEOPLE working there will Make you want to never leave. Thank you for a wonderful moment.

It was quiet, clean and with very friendly staff. Very nice bathrooms.
