Always great.

This is a great moderately priced property and the manager is very nice and works well with me. I have to be in Santa Cruz often and prefer staying here.

Easy check in. Room was great. Location amazing. I was so happy no housekeeping banging on door hour before checkout like I get at all other hotels. Will def stay again.

The tenant was unwelcoming in general. The facilities were okay with the exception of a water bug crawling near the sink in the morning. Noisy and possibly delinquent guests next door made our stay feel unsafe. A note to the webmasters and those responsible for the listing: I came to find out that there were no visiting guests allowed on the property as I'm checking in and not before. I understand that there are rules put in place for the smooth functioning of the service, yet it seems deceitful to not mention these rules on your listings. This incident contributed to my negative rating.

It was ok... just somewhere to sleep.

Just a lovely sunrise view of the 🎵Boardwalk down by the sea, yeah!🎵 Brought back such great memories of being there once upon a time. Also it was a mere hop, skip, & a jump to the Santa Cruz Pier where seals bark happily & so do children. So nice to see by the sea! 🤓

Amazing thanksgiving stay

Elevator not accessible especially we have a disabled person with us. Smoke alarm malfunctioning in spite of replacement. 2nd day smoke alarm started going off at 3am and every 15 minutes after an hour until we checked out. Not worth to stay for the 3rd night.
