Beautiful place in the outside but discusting inside , I dont know how many people had been there before us but the place was nasty , sheets haven't been change , pee in the couch toilet with pee everywhere, just plain nasty

Unique Hilton property in the heart of historic district

Loved discovering the nooks and crannies in this historic professional office building, and admiring the restrained judgement-calls needed to make this a viable travel-option that doesn't break the bank. A lovely quiet area to read a book to unwind, a warm shower and a warm cookie: what more could I ask for? PS. Cuisine at Char very nice, too.

The suite was beautiful, private, and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

wonderful stay in our old neighborhood!

We had a beautiful and very large room in the guest house. It would be nice to have a phone that connected to the front desk at the main hotel for questions or to order food.

Loved the room’s/building character. It was nice to not be in a hotel room but have the hotel amenities right next door. It’s located in a great neighborhood within walking distance of so many of our favorite Rochester stops. It will be our place to stay on all future Rochester visits.

Room service never came to make up room. Really noisy outside in the evenings. Really loud inside the house- can hear people walking around. WiFi is weak. Would rather stay in Strathallan.

Lovely to stay in a space that was not a typical hotel but have access to hotel amenities. Only complaint was that the room service didn’t come around until late afternoon typically as we were wanting to return to the room before dinner.
