Quick Getaway

This hotel shocked me. The stay was great. All of the valet guys were awesome. I only interacted with Murray at front desk a couple of times and he was always pleasant. We were there Wednesday through Saturday and the stay was quiet until Friday. The pool area was great (the hot tub was rooed off for repairs) the view was amazing from all sides of the pool area. The breakfast had nice options. There was even an after hours social for drinks for adults and kids. The hotel room was huge and very nicely put together. You are literally within walking distance to every single downtown attraction and eatery. Only small gripes..I reserved a room with a city view and got a room with no view at all. Also, the bed was not comfy. I gave the kids the bed and slept on the couch. Also didn't like that the only option was valet..but it's downtown so I understand. Overall..I would book with them again

Family getaway

This is our second stay at this hotel, and we will definitely stay here again. I love the size of the rooms, the location is amazing and is within walking distance to so many different things. The only thing that was a disappointment with our stay was the location of our room. I booked a “premium corner suite.” I guess I didn’t understand what “premium” meant, because I thought we would have a nice view as well as a larger room. We did not have a view of anything special. The room was larger and was very quiet, but next time I will definitely specify that I’d like to be on a higher floor.

We had an overall great stay. Most interactions with staff were very pleasant. Room was clean and view was nice.

Park yourself

Hotel was very nice no real complaints with the room, however leaving the hotel the valet service was a mad house.... I understand they are doing their best understand the circumstances but after reaching our next destination we found a 3ft scratch and small dent in the side of our car. The car is not new and has dents but the fact it costs $45 and can not keep your car in the same condition is not acceptable.

Good location, but loud!

This hotel is nice, and we felt safe here. Great location! However, it’s very loud when people are talking loudly in the atrium area because the sound carried. The included breakfast had potential, but with a full hour left for serving, they were out of almost everything and didn’t seem to be replenishing. The evening receptions are a nice bonus, though.
