The room was very well kept, i enjoyed the room key security which was an app on my phone. the bed was very well used had an egg create padding to soft and it sunk in very pricey for the area.

TERRIBLE!! DISGUSTING!! RUDE SERVICE!! VERY NOISY!! Flies and nats inside the room, the bed sheets were dirty with woman’s hair all over the pillow tops. The room floor Was dirty. Lady at the front desk was terribly rude! Probably better to stay in your car for the night. Wouldn’t want to stay here for free, too bad we paid $135 for the night!! Worst money spent!

Room needs some minor cosmetic repair. Room had odor of cigarette smoke, people smoke outside their room all day long. I had a dog with me, maybe that’s why i was given that side of the building. On Sat. night neighbors were playing loud music. This hotel is okay to spend the night, but you get what you pay.

I drove 8 hours to find out I had no Room to stay in because they canceled I never told me

My room was never cleaned or bed made, came back from work to find my door open. Luckily nothing seemed to be missing. When i spoke to management, they were cavalier.

This is the second time we stayed in the same room and something that happened when we stayed the first time a spider we killed was still on the curtain and it’s has been over a month a plus this time we didn’t find any spiders

when we pulled in at almost 11:30 pm on a Sunday night, the parking lot had young people with loud auto stereo's blaring in the parking lot, activity seem'd like drug deals were being done with people coming from rooms to cars in the parking lot, did NOT feel like a safe place, the non smoking rooms reeked of cigarettes, the people next door were smoking as they went into and out of their room to do whatever they were doing in the parking lot with people in cars. The delux king bed room had 2 queen beds. would NOT recommend this property. my wife and I continued on to home( another 150 miles). Would not stay at this chain in the future.
