Aside from the ants and having to be moved twice, the room was pleasant and the stay was uneventful. The staff was super friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to see that we were accommodated due to the ant inconvenience.

The room was nice except the bathtub looked dirty and I found dirty silverware in the drawer. The staff was friendly when they were at the desk. There was no breakfast available, even though we were told there would be grab n go breakfasts available. The beds we’re very uncomfortable and it seemed like the mattresses were old. I paid for the upgraded WiFi because I had to work and it was still slow and even went out for a period of time. There were only 2 channels available on the tv and the signal kept cutting in and out so you couldn’t watch anything consistently.

Was a nice trip besides the fire alarm waking me out of.sleep in panic at 2:30am didnt mind the precautions but the sound was very loud and went off which seemed like forever

No linens for the pull out bed, dirty linens on the king bed, clogged sink (water wouldn’t drain), no towels, bed was not made properly (had a bed skirt on top of the sheets, dirty linens outside of multiple rooms as you walk down the hall.

It is in a safe, quiet, commercial area with quick freeway access, which we liked. When I arrived to check in, there was no one at the desk for 15 minutes and no apology whatsoever once they arrived. There was garbage outside rooms that was set out because rooms weren’t being cleaned daily (our experience as well during our two night stay). I feel like they cleaned high touch areas in and out of the room well, but basic cleanliness was lacking (our feet were black from walking around in our room, dust clumps hanging off the ceiling fan, etc). They had grab and go breakfast bags which were ok, and you could make a reservation to swim though we didn’t. For what we needed (a separate bedroom) it worked and we weren’t spending much of our time here, but from previous hotel experiences it was disappointing. I’m assuming all of these issues were due to being understaffed because of COVID-19. I also noticed a $20 charge when I got home and when I called asking about it was informed it was for “parking”. No one had said anything about a parking fee or given any sort of tag or sticker to put in our car. She did refund the $20, but if I hadn’t noticed and called they wouldn’t have done anything. I don’t think we would stay here again, at least not until they have more staff on site.

The room was questionable if it’s dirty and haven’t been cleaned, or if it’s super old and dirty. The pillows and bed was so uncomfortable. The pullout double bed couch barely had any cushion left and you can feel the metal underneath the mattress. We checked in for a family of four and was only given 2 towels. The remote control for the tv was missing. The bathroom was disgusting, and the tissue container is definitely questionable if it’s clean or dirty. Also, there was a plastic garbage back wrapped around the smoke detector. I was pretty irritated because the front desk staff didn’t seem to care when we told them the issues.

Pictures are deceiving. Chose this location and paid a little more for what I assumed was a better choice in hotel. Checked into a room on the first floor 109 room was dirty. There was coffee spilled stain on the nightstands, food crumbs on the floor and table. Fawk no i did not pay 160 for this shyte. Walked back to the front Desk and changed it for 208 on second floor. Which was a bit more cleaned and smelled like someone cleaned the room and sprayed a fresh air freshener. Due to Covid restrictions there is no breakfast and pool is closed. Rooms need updating there’s scruff marks and food spilled on walls, grout on the floors are almost black. Hotel location was perfect, right across the mall behind all the main stores and restaurants. Costco down the block for gas. Right by the freeway. This hotel is dirty due to it being located in high traffic area that has many family staying here.

Staff was great couldn’t have asked for anything else

We booked a 2 bedroom suite and were given a one bedroom. When I went to ask about it at the front desk, they said they were all sold out ?! They did give us another room at no charge(so we had two rooms) but it still was not acceptable since that was not what we booked, and it made the stay more difficult for our family. When we got in to our room, the smoke detector was out on the cabinet with a battery on top of it!! There was only 1 remote for two TVs. The 2 bottoms drawers of the dresser would not close, and they were sticking out.Overall, I did not feel there was enough care given to the condition and cleanliness of the room, nor did they care too much about our original reservation.
