They charged me twice and I had to wait to get my money back. Other than that it was fine

Fantastic accommodations. Clean and comfortable. I just wished that they still served breakfast in the mornings.

I’ve been to stayed at better. Service of subpar. And the location isn’t the greatest considering you can hear the freeway traffic all night.

Nice affordable place easy access. Easy parking. I had to ask to have bed sheets changed when I got there. Super wrinkled as if someone layed on top of blankets and there was gum on sheet. Hiuse cleaning came right up and changed sheet assuring me the wrinkles were from dryer. If stay again. Great location next to everything u could imagine

The room was very nice and clean. I wish there was a Chanel guide for the tv but that’s ok

Great location felt clean and safe

We were hoping to have pay per view movies but no service for that. The pillows were not comfortable at all they needed to be replaced. But the room was clean. The top drawer in the dresser was broken and fixed with duct tape Not the typical Marriott standard we’re used to. The staff was very friendly.

I was shown a microwave in the picture when I booked the room. When I got to the room, there was NO MICROWAVE! I complained to the front desk and I was told I will need to use the shared one in the snack room!! Really??! During COVID wharf then close the food and coffee shop, I will need to use the shared microwave?? Wow! The fridge was not plugged in and I had to wait a very long time. The bed was hard and I woke with a back ache after being woke up by the maids An hour earlier than I needed to check out.Once I checked out and checked my bank account I found that I was charged $10 for parking and I was not even told I needed to pay for parking wanna upon arrival. If I would’ve known that I would’ve park next-door which was really close by

I have stayed at this hotel many times and I absolutely love it. The hotel is always so clean and has the most friendly staff. I will be staying here again when I work in town again.
