Carmel Inn And Suites

What I liked was the property was walking distance to shops and dinning. What I didn't like was they advertised free breakfast, but had nothing. Everywhere else we have stayed during COVID that advertised breakfast at least had some grab and go options.

A very good place to stay. The room’s location is not quite a night (too much noise).

The location was the best, within walking distinct to all of Downtown Carmel and the Beach. Downside, Bed was hard and the Carpet needs a steam clean, walking out of the shower to the Bed I noticed that my feet were dirty from the Carpet. Plus Hotel.com price was higher by $30 would of been cheaper, going through the Carmel Inn. Next time if I stay there again, I will call the Inn 1st.

This was more than we expected. we could walk all over town and to the beach in minutes. Right across the street were two restaurants and we ate at one and the food was awesome.

No air conditioning. Ceiling fan on a movement sensor and stops while sleeping.

GREAT LOCATION IN DOWNTOWN CARMEL. VERY QUITE PLENTY OF SHOPS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE DID NOT OFFER ANY BREAKFAST, BUT PLENTY OF RESTAURANTS VERY CLOSE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. OUR ROOM NEEDED A LITTLE UPDATE.

The facility has aged and not been maintained. Dust and sticky table tops clearly not cleaned for some time.

The room was ok :: for this location in Carmel, we expected the room to be in better condition. the bed spread was worn , but that may be the old world look they want to project... my TV did not work :: moved to another room :: that TV worked "ok" / would look around next time. The people were very nice however.

This is a very well kept facility and its location is ideal - just at the edge of the downtown section and within a few blocks to tons of shops and restaurants. I liked its cleanliness and room furnoshings.

Upon arriving early, our room was understandably not ready, and remained unavailable until 10 minutes after check in time. Our rooms window had a view of the wall of the adjacent building and the closet floor was wet. The only nice feature of this motel is it’s location.
