Hampton Inn & Suites Jacksonville Deerwood Park

Booked a queen suite through hotels.com. At check in was given a standard queen room because they were out of suites. They couldn’t refund the difference said I needed to contact hotels.com for the refund. After we got home I contacted Hotels.com and when they called the hotel to confirm the hotel said I was given the right room and no refund was due😡. Now when I call the hotel the send me to a lady’s voicemail that never called me back.

The location was great. So many options for food. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Front desk clerks were very nice, and helpful. I would stay again.

Staff confused and rude, not practicing Social Distancing.

This is always a great stay partially due the large number of restaurants to chose from within walking distance. The breakfast was open again was well protected and presented considering the Virus situation. The young man at the desk was extremely helpful explaining their concerns for me. I believe his name was Jason.

The stay was good & service excellent. The breakfast buffet was my favorite of course following the safety rules mask/gloves. I’ll definitely stay @ this location again.

The hotel was clean. Room was spacious and exactly what we needed for the weekend. Check in process took less than five mins and don't remember her name, but her customer service skills were exceptional. Last but not least location, location, everything you need in walking distance.

Definitely a nice place to stay. I would love go bring my kids.

Very comfortable and quiet

So nice, clean and convenient. However, wish they could be more flexible with late checkout.

Room was very quiet as i was on 5th floor. I went due to Surgical Center next door has contract with hotel to overnight patients, so to help with no incurring hospital stays. Clean, quiet room, a little dated with some issues, but still 9.5 in my books. Staff friendly, but check in was 3pm, and my room was not ready per staff until 330pm even though most rooms on my floor were not occupied. Breakfast was good, many choices, too bad i was on soft food after surgical procedure. Would i go again, yes...
