Marriott's Aruba Surf Club

Very spacious out door property w/ great lazy river and water slide for the kids. The gym was excellent w/ great staff.

The amenities were amazing for kids, but the rooms were dated.

Amazing...We have been going to the Marriott Surf Club the past 4yrs and are always pleased with our experience!

Hotel is very clean and staff are extremely kind. Everyone from property maintenance to lobby receptionist will greet you every time. Pool facility was amazing with plenty of options from adult only pool, lazy river, kids area and swim up bar. Large beach area with plenty of activities and roped off swim area.

Clean Rooms and pleasant staff. But overcrowded at the pool. Otherwise a nice place to stay

Overall the accommodation was nice. Room service was not that great.

We have been staying at The Surf Club since it opened. I hate to complain to a black my entire family loves. Two major complaint: lack of cleanliness. This isn’t the Marriott’s way. The beach huts and umbrellas are a pain. It almost makes us want to leave. We have fair skin children. Help make the place we love fun and dress again.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, even if it wasn’t their department. Only thing I would have improved is ID and payment for drinks,food etc. Maybe a bracelet linked to room #, payment method etc. Also, even after check out, being able to still charge a drink to our account ( since guests are still encouraged to enjoy the amenities)

So clean and beautiful. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It was a great stay!

Fantastic, relaxing, clean, well-maintained hotel. Food and drink options were plentiful and service was good. Quiet, friendly atmosphere for families and couples. Not a "party crowd". Removed from the high rise hotel shopping main drag but close enough to walk there easily. Rooms were well appointed and having a kitchen with en-suite laundry was amazing. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
