centrovital SPA & Sports Hotel

We had a very comfortable stay in a Junior Suite. Kids had their own space which was great. Mini bar was stocked with drinks every day which was always welcome after a day on our feet. Staff at reception and in restaurant were all friendly and helpful.

Confortable accommodation, room big enough, clean, everyday water in minibar, good breakfast, nice restaurant with terrace and tasty food.

I was very disappointed in the advertising of air conditioning in the rooms and my room didn't come with air conditioning. I was told I will have to upgrade(40 euros more) in order to have air conditioning. The pool and spa was unavailable due to convid19. This was not explained on this website or the property's website. This is unbecoming of a business. Communication is a must! Especially when someone is paying for services and not receiving such.

We enjoyed this hotel, the amenities are nice and there are restaurant options at the hotel. It is a bit far to the main tourist attractions in Berlin. However, the hotel was clean and a nice spot to unwind and be out of the tourist areas when desired.

Polite and helpful staff on reception and the hotel was spacious and modern. The family room was really good sized, well equipped and spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and a huge bathroom with proper shower and bath. The restaurant had a good menu at reasonable prices and again the staff were super. Breakfast was extensive and staff were attentive and helpful in their service with coffee etc. The chef came out to prepare fried and scrambled eggs to order. The hotel also had a stunning pool and gym which was an added benefit. Parking available in the underground Car Park.

Excellent hotel and staff. Only problem was the bed twin beds put together that moved found myself on the floor both nights. The sauna area had no drinking water. A glass of water in a plastic cup cost me 5€ Staff were friendly will stay there again if in Berlin

Pretty good stay. The facilities were very good. The extra bed was not very comfortable but overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel was nice - although we had to insist on moving our 3 x rooms booked as we were not given what we paid for upfront. Eventually we got moved to nice rooms with double beds. We booked the hotel further out of the city so we could enjoy the roof top terrace bar & the spar facilities - the spar was shut as they didn't have the staff to open it. The spar we were not allowed to use unless we were prepared to take all items of clothing off! The downstairs bar & restaurant was shut - I have never been to a hotel which has absolutely no bar at all. The hotel was also much further out of the city than explained on the site - we spent a fortune on taxis as it was too long to get trains & trams into Berlin central. Our whole party of 6 will never return to this hotel which is a shame.
