The television had a very bad setup. The Housekeeping need to perform a better job high dusting especially the vents in the restroom. Next time I will take photos

I booked a suite from Friday to Sunday and I can’t believe how quiet the hotel was being that this was the first day of the year. Suite was spacious. Clean. I wish it had a full sized fridge, it definitely has the room for it. Otherwise great stay, would come again

This is the beat stay I have had in that area. The rooms are clean and staff is friendly. Had a mixup with the charges on my card and it was remedied right away.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We have no complaints.

Front desk staff was excellent and room was very clean. Beds were a little firmer than my personal preference but I would stay there again.

We stayed for 2 nights the remote didn't work for the main tv, then no one gave us clean towels or grabbed the dirty ones from previous day, had to go find someone to ask and never got our trash out of the room the whole time we stayed.

I understand we are in a pandemic. I picked this hotel for the continental breakfast after being mislead by another advertisement for another hotel’s jacuzzi tub rooms (it was my alternative to not being able to use a pool or a hot tub). It’s something special for kids and it helps cut down on the traveling costs. I thought there would be some packaged items in the least. My kids and I went down the first day and there was nothing out except coffee. The front desk person said nothing to us. I should have asked directly. It was not until I was checking out the next day that I learned there were breakfast bags in lieu of the continental breakfast. The lady said they should have told me upon check in. Nothing was mentioned at all! I suggested to the clerk that a sign should be placed for patrons to know to ask. She liked the idea and am said she would make one. Even after that I still had to ask for our 3 breakfast bags. Ergh! The trash was not emptied the first day. We did leave the room closer to noon that first day, and one of my girls had put the sign out to not disturb (ugh kids,right?). I am going to make an assumption they housekeeper saw the sign and went about their business. I was disappointed that the trash was not taken out. (We had bagged it up). Again we will call it lack of communication on my part. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. We made the best of the situation, knowing we would not be able to use any extra facilities.

There was no housekeeping, so you had to call if you needed something. I had to ask if I could leave a bag of garbage outside of my home, which I didn't appreciate. Also when I checked in they told me they charge a $100 fee which would be put back in my account so many days after check out. That is new to me, and I did not like that. Overall not the best stay.

The outside of the property was a bit run down. Huge potholes in the drive, trash throughout the landscaping, lights were out. Once inside we checked in the receptionist was very kind. The elevator stank so bad, we refused to utilize it the remainder of our trip. The room was small, no closet, not a 2 part living/bedroom like we booked. Just a very small king studio room. The window looked directly out to a wall less than 4 feet away from us. The bathroom reminded me of a cruise ship. Corner floating vanity, cramped toilet....TV didn't work. Only plus to the room was the mini fridge. Bed was adequate, but far from comfortable. Grab and go breakfasts were gone by 8am in the morning, even though they said hotel was only at a 35% occupancy. Just highly underwhelmed. Just glad it was a 1 night stay.

Honestly, after reading some of the reviews, I had low expectations. But after my stay, the reviews didn’t make any sense. I stayed for a couple nights to visit family for Thanksgiving. The staff was extremely nice and the rooms were very clean. I have no complaints.
