Newport Beach Hotel, A Four Sisters Inn

Fireplace wasn’t working, they couldn’t fix it because their “guy” wasn’t in town. Not great for the winter. Also the jacuzzi jets didn’t work. Couldn’t fix that either. Not impressed over all.

I stayed for one night, and had a disappointing experience. We checked in and was told there wasn’t space available for my car. She then told me that we could go back there and see if there was space. After she saw the truck we were in she then changed her answer again and said “oh we don’t have space for that you have to find beach parking.” This was upsetting as the beach was packed and we were counting on the parking space since that is what is advertised on the hotel site. Fast forward a few hours later, we go back to the room after the beach and we find our door OPEN. Outside of our room were two strangers stating they were given the same room and given keys as well. Obviously everyone is upset and confused. A few minutes later the same staff member from earlier (can’t remember her name, she wears red glasses) Laughs it off and says the “WiFi has been down all day.” The other guests hand over the keys they were given, as our keys were deactivated. Overall, not a good experience, staff member NEVER apologized and complained about the WiFi and made excuses. We came here to celebrate our anniversary, and other than a great location - I will never be back nor will I recommend a hotel with such poor customer service and lack of empathy.

Room did not have a window. I felt claustrophobic in it. They should publish that fact. There were termites all over the place too. Otherwise the property is beautiful in a great location

This room was amazing! Great views and friendly service. The location is right on the beach, the room was clean, and it had an amazing jet bathtub. Would absolutely recommend and I will be booking again!

it was very nice, during covid-19. no room services, like bottled waters for the guest. room was ready when I arrived and parking was perfect in a gated area, I will be coming back soon

The hotel was in a great location with lots of nightlife. Unfortunately the AC was broken and there are no windows in the room. The management was very kind to comp our parking (which was a great perk for the hotel). The room was cozy, clean and stylish. The TV was also broken but there was enough to do it didn’t matter. Overall a nice hotel.

The staff was really nice and accommodated us with an early check in and a late checkout. A little pricy for the room and $30 to park. Great view right on the boardwalk. Will be going back to this establishment for sure.

The gal at the front desk was very kind and accommodating due to the lack of accessibility to many of the amenities However we did not have a space to store our luggage, we could not go in and out of lobby and had to use the back gate and alley. My friends who stayed at Lido House, did have all of those amenities, so it was confusing as to why we could not go thru the lobby and store our luggage. We ended walking our bags to malarky’s (who gladly took them) and walked back
