I stepped onto the carpet without the slippers and it was so grainy and dirty I had to wash my feet again. I didn’t feel comfortable walking on the carpet without shoes or slippers on after that.

Service was excellent and flexible. I arrived mid-morning and the staff tried to get me into my room as early as possible but then the manager arranged a room right away for my wife and I. Arranging a late checkout, necessary because of the standard flights into and out of the island, was equally as accommodating from staff and mangers. The rooms and property are a quite dated but that is standard for the best hotels on the island and from what I saw of the other hotels Fiesta did look the best. Staying in the executive suites was worth it as all those rooms have excellent views and access to the "lounge" which serves a complimentary continental breakfast, mid-day tea/coffee service with cookies, and a happy hour with drinks, finger sandwiches, appetizers, fruit, and dessert. Decent gym although never found the switch to turn the air on. Great location as it technically sits on Micro Beach which appeared to be the best beach in town.The only strange thing was the presence of the hustlers selling jet sky rides or other water tours, kayaks, paddle boards. There were not aggressive but they lingered on the beach and the hotel lounge chairs and would ask you every day if you wanted to rent something or take a tour. They were clearly not hotel staff but their presence was allowed. This was the situation at the hotel next door as well. Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our time at Fiesta and plan to stay they again on a future trip to Saipan.

wonderful Saipan

all is great!! without taking any transportation, u can walk n enjoy Saipan as it is very near to the Saipan city! then it has great pool and wonderful personal beach!

Good and bad

The carpet felt a little dirty and had stains, same with the furniture, and the aircon wasn’t as cold as I wanted it to be. Barely cold. But the bed was comfy and the bathroom was very clean so I was happy about that.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend for others to stay and will consider staying here when I return to Saipan.

Love staying here however making and canceling reservation is not easy and you have to follow up to make sure it is actually canceled because they will go ahead and charge your card
