GR Solaris Cancun & Spa - All Inclusive

Enjoyed the time we spent here. Facility and staff are very accommodating.

The hotel rooms were decent and clean. The food was sub par at best. Many of the staff were either inattentive or difficult to locate. There were a few that provided excellent service. Overall, a decent stay but nothing extraordinary that would cause me to come back again.

Loved the atmosphere, staff, and price point of this resort. Everyone was so wonderful including both staff and guests! My only complaints are that the beds were hard and uncomfortable, there’s hardly any plug ins in the rooms which made it very difficult to charge a phone or do hair, everything including the lobby bar closes at 11pm, and the food was just average. There is no free one way shuttle as described.

The place is small and old school. But the ocean views are perhaps the best. The food is mediocre due to the low budgets. Aka potato cheviche that looks like the real thing... it’s got an old school charm . Entertainment by that one guy who literally works the whole day and night is impressive and creative. We stayed here because it was a last min decision and we had limited options. But we have traveled many places and in many tiers. We do appreciate the old school charm from time to time.

Overall Excellent Service and Love this Hotel. I will plan again to visit. Rooms looks little bit old but who cares and rest of the things are excellent. We don’t have my food but I Love their Food service and drinks and Food❤️❤️. I will suggest as this is one of the Best Hotel as per my experience..!!!

Food sucks unless you are a Mexican. Too much oil in their food, stay away from burgers, not too many options, they have nice shows every night, they have nice bar in the lobby, beach is tiny, wifi sucks and doesn't work outside. They were fixing some damages so you would hear some noises. Towels by cards, limited umbrellas, and not friendly staff. Room service is 24/7 which is good. Buy a smile with a tip. They look to see how much is the tip so they smile more...

This was my first stay at GR Solaris Cancun & Spa All-inclusive resort, and I was pleased with the service and the accommodation. I will definitely plan a family vacation in the future.
