I hate reviewing this because it wasnt that bad, but i didnt really feel like it was clean. There was a stain on the pillowcase and had a musty smell. The floors could have just been old, but just seemed dirty. We have stayed in nicer, cleaner places for less. We just this hotel because of the high ratings, but honesty feel misled.

We reserved a room with a king bed but were given a room with two small beds. The receptionist explained this as a mistake by the Expedia. We were very upset because we chose and paid more for this hotel in the hope of a comfortable night. I recommend not to trust what you see on the Expedia and call the hotel before booking.

Customer service was prompt and knowledgeable the room was clean, its not fancy but we only needed to sleep so it served its purpose!

Near everything. Easy to get to. Wish they had a better breakfast. Blueberry muffin is not a breakfast. Needs a pool.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The place was very clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. If I’m ever planning a trip back I will definitely stay here!!

We will never stay anywhere but the Econo Lodge when we go to Cherokee! Can't beat the price, staff, cleanliness, and location. Seriously. It's a mile from the casino (our purpose for going), but away from all the glitz and hubbub. It's on the same road as Harrah's but through the charming downtown, over a small bridge and -- Bam! -- you're there. Idyllic. Our only glitch this time was the TV. We wanted to watch our football team, but we would have done better watching from a TV in the casino. Hindsight. The TV froze a number of times and the reception wasn't so great, but truthfully, even using the TV isn't something we generally do outside of sports-watching. However, TV watchers may find a great TV important so I added it to the review this time. Our next visit -- if we want to watch our teams -- we know to do it from the casino.
