Todo estuvo excelente excepto que tuvimos Problema con el wifi en nuestro cuarto. La ubicación es perfecta para caminar tanto al centro como en los alrededores. La decoración y el lugar es muy acogedor. Lo único que hace falta son ventanas en el cuarto para que pueda circular un poco el aire.

Easy check in, attentive staff. What I did not like is the food, Itried the tlayudas and it was flavorless.

A cool and quiet refuge from the hustle and bustle of the streets. We stayed in a small room in the back. Nice sheets and towels good bed. Nice to have WiFi and a TV with some English channels. The courtyard is the most inviting around. Both evenings spent with a cool drink in hand appreciating the trees and plants that are well taken care of. Great that they are so aware of the environment.

Good food in the restaurant with pleasant service. Nice products in the bath. Pretty courtyard. Would like people at the front desk to speak better English, some of staff like Christopher spoke good English, others didn’t speak English. Great location, very quiet.

Excellent location, friendly, helpful staff made us feel welcome and arranged several tours for us.

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Service was also wonderful. I will stay here again.

The courtyard setting was charming, the location was perfect and our room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was filling and included in the price, but it was identical every day. The hotel only provided one small bottle of water per day for each of us, rather than the more generous supply we were accustomed to. The front desk staff was pleasant, but did not speak English, which made them less helpful than we would expect from a 4- star hotel in a city filled with international travelers.
