Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Marietta

Everything was good.. bed was super hard and uncomfortable but room was neat.

Frustrated with the night counter service. Unable to receive clean washcloths for our stay (other than the initial 2 left at the beginning of our 3-night stay).

My husband and I was driving back to Indiana from Florida and decided to spend the night here. We drove around 8 hrs and checked in after midnight. Due to covid the lobby was locked. You could get into the double doors but that was it. There was a sign that read ring the bell for attendant. No Bell! Only phone with no number to dial. I google the hotel and called and no answer. So I called hotels.com and they got through to the person working the desk. Once they unlocked the doors for me the lady running the front desk was rude. So told me I needed to stand at the door and Dial 0 on the phone. I told her it wasn’t posted out there and she refused to go look nor apologize for treating me as I done wrong. I felt like I bothered her as she told me she was in back doing paper work. When I asked her again to come look at the doors as I checked again to make sure I wasn’t seeing things. She replied “that’s nice” and finished whatever she was doing on the computer. Once in our room everything was fine except no remote. Shower was great, bed was great as well. The gentleman at the desk when checking out the next morning was aware of the incorrect sign and said they was in the process of getting it corrected and he did apologize to me when I brought it to his attention. I just don’t want others to go through what I did if checking in after 11PM.

Great hotel. Clean and spacious. Very quiet. Not far from downtown Atlanta but far enough.

Non-smoking facility but bathroom always smelled like cigarette smoke. Room was good. Due to covid no room service. Could at least chexk to see if freah linenes and towels needed. At a different chain they provided plastic bag to put towels= linen in to set outside door so maida kneq ot was needed. I don't mind changing the sheets. Hate no garbage bags used in rooms. Paid extra for breakfast. Qant refund for orange and cereal bar.

It was a nice and clean hotel. Value was great.

Hotel was nice but we were told that check out was at 11 instead of 12 like it was listed online. Was disappointed with that but hotel was clean and staff was very polite.

Rooms clean and comfortable, love the beds. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy to get to from the interstate, excellent half way stop on the way from Midwest to South Florida or vice versa. Good value for the money.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Clean everywhere, felt like home as much as a hotel could. Microwave and coffee in the room, love that.
