Branson Yellow Rose Inn and Suites

I loved this place! The room was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome, hot/cold buffet breakfast. Wow! I also loved that it was not in downtown Branson just a few minutes away and so quiet. Unfortunately it was October so we couldn't swim, my granddaughter was disappointed lol. But we'll come back again in summer. Got a good deal too through hotels.com so the price was great too.

The stay was what was expected for the price. Two days after we left they charged us $250 for having a dog in the room. We did NOT having any pets in the room!! No one from the office even contacted us notifying the charge was going to be made. Now we’re in a fight to get the money back. They have zero evidence of a dog being in the room when I asked them for it.

We often stay at this hotel when visiting Branson and will continue to.

We checked in around 9pm and 30mins later We found bed bugs crawling around the headboard. I pulled the covers and bed sheets off to find that they were using a zipped bug inclosed mattress cover. That obviously did not work. My daughter was already bitten. I called front desk to ask for a refund and The clerk insisted it wasn’t bed bugs and denied my request! I killed one and took it to her which she apologized and said she will send cleaners to looks at it. Hotels.com had step in and reimbursed me and I am thankful for that.
