It was a great experience only thing is one of our curtains didn’t work in the room for us to roll it up or down

The rooms were clean and nice however, my room was very noisy

They didn’t clean my room but one day and I was there for 5 days 4 nights. I had to go to the front desk everyday asking for clean towels after asking housekeeping for them she never came to my room to do anything. Maybe she needed more help

We were in Atlanta and needed a quick and decent place to stay for a night. We found this updated hotel at a fair price. The property has been updated and is well appointed. The rooms have updated furniture and have recently been updated. The Staff is friendly, attentive and polite, however the cleanliness is lacking. We found several obviously overlooked items that were unclean. Several common surfaces like door handles, light switches and corners were dirty and unclean. There were also several brownish/red drip marks found around the room and a large drip mark on the front of the refrigerator. Additionally we found an obvious make up stain on one of out white pillows (nobody in our party wears makeup). After taking a shower I pulled a "clean" towel from the shelf in the bathroom and was left with a long hair (not mine) trailed across my face.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and does well adhering to the COVID-19 safety guidelines. The room was nice and clean. The room was by the interstate which did not allow for a quiet night. I used cotton and headphones but nothing could quiet the noise from I-285. I felt as thought I was sleeping on a bed of stone covered in bedding with pillows. My hips and back were sore and stiff. It did not matterwhich side of the bed I slept on; the right, left or middle. I was tempted to sleep on the couch but didn't. I was even more tempted to change hotels but I am a Disabled Veteran on a fixed income so the economical choice was to hold out until morning. I left at well before checkout. I know I could have called the front office but I didn't want to hear excuses and I feared the room I would be switched to may be worse. The best thing was the Chinese food delivered from Chin- Chin.

Stay was ok. No towels in the room. Renovations were on going. No remote for the television. Staff was friendly. Minor stuff

The room was clean and very roomy. The staff was very friendly. Our room was on the fourth floor, and the road noise was so loud on our side of the building that we couldn’t sleep at all. We would have had to leave if we were there a second night.

Check-in was fine but I didn’t realize until the next day that my door didn’t actually close and lock so you could push it open with no key. The room itself was good though.

The hotel was undergoing a renovation at the time of my stay it was very clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet and stylish I enjoyed my stay and will no doubt stay there again. It is right down the street from the ballpark.
