Great, stayed twice and love the place

Cheap breakfast wer not really satisfied

It’s was a nice stay everything was clean and comfortable

Its tucked away. Seemingly hidden in a back corner away from everything

Rooms were nice however guests were fighting, not wearing mask, Children were unsupervised, and the employees were arguing with guests.

First my card information was all jacked up. The front desk staff said that they had a different card on file for me, when I clearly showed him that I paid through orbitz and with my current card. Then he gives me keys so me and my guest proceeded to the room as I open the door I was greeted by another family. I walked in a room that was already occupied. I went back and the from desk staff assisted the situation and changed my room. Later on that night I called the front desk and asked could I request a late checkout. This was around 8 pm. The same front desk staff member answered and said he doesn’t know how to do so and that I would have to talk to his manager to do so. I asked when will the manger be available he said 8 am. Well that’s pointless to ask for a late checkout so close to original checkout time. I asked could he put a note in on me requesting a late checkout he proceeded to let me know gw doesn’t know how to do so. I’m just upset with the staff member not having any help if he’s fairly new.

The furniture has stains on them the floor kind of felt sticky I felt uncomfortable to walk around barefoot And use washcloths where left in the bathroom other than that everything was fine I just think it should be cleaner than what it was.

I didn’t like that they have a sign up stated that they will be back in 10 mins when they were sitting right in the office. Came in late it was there and came down for the grab n go bag breakfast the sign as still there

The amenities were great. The hotel itself wasn’t very clean. They had housekeeping but they took so long getting to your room that we ended up gathering up our garbage and towels for them and got clean towels and new garbage bags ourselves. The room with the ice machine on our floor had garbage piled so high in the garbage can that there was garbage laying in the floor and it stunk really bad in the room. The staff was nice but didn’t seem to be real knowledgeable about policies in hotel when asked questions, ex. if they offered anything for breakfast. Overall, it was an okay stay though.
