Hilton Garden Inn Chicago/Tinley Park

The hotel overall was nice! A little noisy for my liking. The gentleman that checked us in was a little all over the place might have been new. Had to do a little thinking for him but other than that the hotel was nice the room was cool.

It was great. Except for hot water issue. Staff fixed promptly.

I didn’t like that they only had coffee and that the gym was closed. Also they didn’t have the same bedding on each bed.

It was very: clean, quiet, serene, relaxing, and modern. The staff were friendly and the botanical garden and other amenities were beautiful. This is a newly renovated location in a prime suburban area. Ten stars!!!

I was very disappointed, I stay exclusively at Hilton properties. Upon arrival -0- amenities, which is the reason I stay at the properties. My remote control had a sticker that said it was “sanitized,” yet I flipped around the remote and food and finger prints were on the back. My second day I stopped at the front desks to get my 2 free waters, which the gave me. I received my invoice via email, and they charged me for the waters. Many other quirky thing about the property which was annoying, like no bathroom exhaust fan, and it seem like my pillows exceeded their life expectancy.

Looked like they were in the middle of construction in the hallway. No fan in the bathroom, lock on the room door didn't work, and there was no way to just have the fan on the A/C system on.

I canceled my reservation one week early and have been dealing with them repeatedly charging me for the room anyways. I had to shut off my debit card and get a new one to get them to stop!
