The room could of been cleaned a little better

Stay was okay, I stayed 3 nights, I was charged $90 for parking for 3 nights, when I was told parking was $15/day. I am pissed and won’t be booking her ever again. They didn’t even fix it talking about I have 2 cars no sir I have 1 car.!!

Very nice stay, hotel was average. Higher in price because of location. Toilet was was broken we asked them to fix it or change rooms never happened just a running Toilet for 2 days. I was charged for parking,called down asked about the charge the young black lady got smart, saying I must told her I had a car. Which I didnt, but at check out money goes right back to your card, no waiting. Not enough cleaning or sanitizing done, staff too laid back, talking amongst themselves and not answering questions almost had us miss the shuttle. Will I stay again? Yes, just because it's convenient.

Thank you for upgrading to a room with a jetted tub since the pool area is closed. You might want to have someone clean the jets though.

Staff talking with each other during check in. Room smelled of smoke and as if it wasn’t recently cleaned, maybe a few weeks ago. Not the standards of Hilton Garden Inn.

This is a good, basic hotel. Staff was helpful when I asked. No complaints.

My stay was great. The only problem I had was the sewer the toilet was stopped up everyday not just in my room but other rooms as well. When I called the front desk they took care of the problem quickly and I also think this hotel can better their service by having house keeping come around and pick up the dirty towels and trash instead of waiting every two days to clean a room. Other than that my stay was great
