Riu Palace Aruba All Inclusive

Everything was great and everyone was so nice and accommodating! Great hotel highly recommend!

They should use covers for the food at the buffet too many flies on the food which made it unappetizing. Also they could have a wider selection of food at the buffet

Everything was nice but there were a few slight inconveniences due to Covid.

Beautiful property. Friendly staff. Pool entertainment staff/games were so fun!

The staff is amazing and very helpful. The food was ok, I would have like more authentic food but my package was an all inclusive sooo... and the cleaning crew is on point with everything.

Restaurants were closed limited seating in the one that’s open. Rooms were horrible and old. No king sized beds, instead they put two twin beds together and you can’t hug in bed cause you fall in the whole.

First time at this hotel and would highly recommend. Staff was amazing and friendly. We both commented on how exceptional the hotel performed.

It’s a typical all inclusive. Pros: clean, people all very nice, maid service was amazing, best of all Bar service at beach! Cons: food is ookk not the best. We don’t expect much from all inclusive, but for the price it should have been better. The worse thing was all the flies at lunch. Gross!

Check-in was quick and painless. My room was spacious with a beautiful view of the pool and partial view of the ocean. I have a habit of checking my bed sheets and was quite disappointed that there were several mystery stains.(stains that you can not see with the naked eye but with black light, stains illuminate.) I had to have housekeeping change the sheets many times in order to find pristine bedding. (They were visibly upset with me, but I didn't care since I paid to have a clean room with clean bedding.) That was totally unacceptable!! How could the bedding be that stained. Eventually, I received the clean bedding and was extremely happy. The food was marginal as was the breakfast. During my stay with my adult daughter, we experienced a theft due to her having imbibed a bit too much. I'm unsure if employees of the property took the money but someone on the property did. The management was not very helpful which made us not want to report the incident to the Police. I have never had a problem in Aruba since visiting from 2006, so this with the first crime that I experienced. We are all surviving in the days of COVID19 and I do understand that things are different; with that being said, I would have expected better. The pool on the property was large and refreshing with a clean beach, although the ocean was a bit rough due to the storms. I do not believe that I will return to the RIU but I will definitely visit Aruba in the future.
