Westgate Branson Woods Resort and Cabins

This is a wonderful place to stay. Everything was very clean and the room was beautifully decorated. One of the best stays I've ever had!

We were disappointed that the fireplace was cellophane paper on some plastic logs. The rooms were ok but the bathroom shower was horrible. The one redeeming factor was the beds were comfortable.

This is a very fun property! We enjoyed the mini golf and gas fire pit. We also had pizza and ice cream at the snack bar. We will definitely be back. Looking forward to the huge water park they are putting on site.

Location great. Stayed last year and loved it. I’m sure Covid messed the staff up so the rooms weren’t very clean

Liked the room and everything seemed comfortable and easy to use.

Room was not what we expected to be for spend $415 dollars for 2 nights. We came up for a anniversary weekend and did not rest well because of the noise of the adjoining room. I thought we were getting a more private setting instead of an oversized hotel room. I could have stayed in some very nice hotels for half the cost of what I paid here. Staff was nice and room was clean for the most part. Couch looked like it was from the 70's and the calking around the bath tub was cracking. Nice room over all just not was I thought I was booking for my wife and I. A lesson learned for us.

Disappointing overall. Although the entry road area was well-kept, the hotel was dirty. The floors in our room were swept but not clean. Our bare feet were flithy from the floors which haven't been moped. Our "new" room had buckled carpet, broken patio blinds (no privacy since slats were gone), and trash left everywhere and torn apart by wild animals until we complained. Who wants to complain on vacation. The bed, pillows, and sheets were comfy and we did appreciate that. However, the automatic lights in the closet would not shut off and we spent the week trying to sleep facing the opposite direction. I really want to like this resort, however, they just couldn't seem to get it together. For $2,000 spent on 7 nights we will chose somewhere else next time. That's disappointing.

I BOOKED A ROOM THROUGH HOTELS.COM, GOT TO MY ROOM THAT I BOOKED AND IT WAS NOT THE ROOM ON THE WEBSITE I BOOKED. THE HOTEL DIDN'T CARE, IN FACT THE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE WHEN MY HUBAND AND MYSELF VOICED OUR CONCERN. I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH HOTELS.COM NOR WESTGATE RESORT!

Unfortunately they had issues upon check in leaving a long line of cars waiting for hours to get into our rooms. We were in line for over 2 hours. They never gave any discounts for the inconvenience and they charge nlan extremely high non refundable pet deposit of $150.00. Make sure to read the fine print. Most of the other pet friendly hotels only charge $40.00. Our room we chose says that it is a cabin, but its actually in a cabin building that looks like a motel and you have people above or below you and beside you.
