Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Airport

Lovely staff and room service was excellent the cleaning staff were very friendly too, I enjoyed my stay here I will probably do it again.😊

Really good little hoppa service to the airport. In the hotel you cannot hear any noise from the planes.

Spacious rooms. Would have been nicer if there was pod coffee machines. Otherwise great stay and would be my first pick next time I need accommodations next to the airport

Long line for check in. Not enough people working. Our room was equipped for one person only( amenities). It was two of us staying

Always find this hotel great, used many many times for Heathrow airport and visiting the City of London Covid safe.

My stay at the Hilton was very pleasant Angela circumstances of the coronavirus they try their best to make everything good for all little customers the only thing I found that would be an improvement is the breakfast could be a lot hotter than it is But in these hard times they are trying their best

Restaurant - Exorbitant prices for pretty lacklustre food. e.g. Kids' meals (3x small chicken nuggets, small portion of chips & some baked beans) were a £2 meal sold at £6. I know the hotel has a monopoly on dining but please offer value for money where each main dish is around £15 Room - All clocks were still on BST, so 1 hour head ... after 1 week since clock change (??) As a family room for 4 - it had 2 drinking glasses. BTW - the Hoppa bus only runs once every hour, quite a shocker for LHR, so we had to take a taxi to T5 to be on time of the flight - £28 (not the hotel's fault)
