Magnificent Kid friendly hotel

Fantastic hotel, kid friendly and a magnificent view of WB World. My kids loved the pool with giant Movie screen playing cartoons.

Fantastic Hotel. Amazing service. Amazing staff that always went above and beyond. Brilliant theme parks all accessible by walking. Great location. Can not fault it. Amazing memories made.

Awesome

What made the stay amazing was the customer service. The staff was simply amazing right from the checkin until checkout. Each guest was made to feel so welcome and accommodating.

Nice hotel, had a few drinks by the pool bar while the kids enjoyed the pool. The elevators can be crowded during rush hour, specially during breakfast time.

Excellent Family Break

We stayed for 7 nights as a family break to enjoy Yas Island. Summary of feedback and tips Location - Excellent for Warner Bros (1 min walk), Yas Waterpark (5 mins walk) and Yas Mall (15 mins walk) Free Shuttle (Yas Express) - goes every hour and takes you to Yas Mall, Marina, Hilton etc Breakfast - It’s good but nothing wow… I possibly wouldn’t bother next time to include in the booking as you can go a la carte and you can add on when there. Pool - Excellent and plenty of choice Meet the characters - Bug Bunny, Daffy Duck, Robin, Tom and Jerry as well as other you can meet them - this is excellent and kids love it Room - Twin Room, 6th floor - excellent Room Service and Cleaning - Excellent Abu Dhabi (downtown) - takes approx 30mins. 80 AED each way. Food - best to go Yas Mall Food Court otherwise for veggie options I’d say downtown Abu Dhabi (Sarvana Bhavan) combine it with an afternoon at the Corniche Beach Checkin - very slow and could be improved That’s all folks

zero toiletries. extremely slow service. refused to add my hilton rewards points because i booked through expedia, terrible closet design, very noisy hallways, noisy cleaning staff, restaurant didn't open for lunch, the pool is too cold and not heated, and ubers had a very difficult time finding the front entrance

Nice hotel but training needed

New hotel, excellent when visiting park, friendly team but TRAINING is needed when asking prime prices … 30 minutes waiting for printing park tickets , wrong and/or side dishes arriving when main dish was finished during dinner …room service didn’t bring what was ordered for breakfast , the missing items arrived when breakfast was finished … outside cushions on chair where dirty , the housekeeping didn’t replace towels glasses bottles of water but took all the dirty away, called 3 times 1h30 later 4 towels arrived rest never did … we reserved a suite for a prime price , service need to be there , manager checked me out and didn’t even bother to ask if all was ok … disappointing as the hotel look and feel is great , location is great and the team is great , leadership is missing .
