We have reserved two rooms asking specifically for two seperate beds in each . room We checked in at 21:00 And received two rooms with one single bed We had to seitch room twice And finally had towatch the made re organize the room and making the beds The tv didnt work in one of the rooms. Two of the light bulbs were out of order. But as we were tired after a long drive from salzburg that day we decided to keep our mouth shut as switching the room again was too much... We asked at the reception to make a late check out in one of the rooms and were told that the price will be 40 euros But on the next day they change their mind and told me that the price is 126euros!!! And that their college made a mistake Needless to say that the hotel was almost empty during our stay, so if they had a shred of good will, they could have assisted us If you are in the search of a good 5 star hotel in vienna- my recommendation is to book elsewhere a
