Very nice hotel in the middle of Kuta and close to all the various amenities like restaurants, mall, etc. The breakfast was good.

The pros - located directly across from the Lippo mall. Very handy for shopping, food, movie theatre and the Kura Kura public bus stop. - Staff are helpful, friendly and courteous. Probably the best we have encountered in all of our visits to Bali. - Rooms are kept meticulously clean. - Breakfast is available until 10:00 am and has good variety. - Restaurant and room service food Is of a very high standard. Good portions, good variety and very tasty. The Cons - The check in process was ridiculous. We were declined check in until 2pm because the “room was not ready”. There were also other guests in the same situation as us. It did not make sense as we were the only occupants in a group of 8 rooms (I.e. our room and 7 vacant ones). It seems the hotel is very strict on compliance with times. - The noise. Internal soundproofing is poor with all corridor noise easily heard from inside the room. The Lippo Mall has live music from around 3:30pm through to 10:30pm. The noise from this penetrated the room to the point where it was not possible to hear the TV (or each other speaking). The noise also left the restaurant unusable for an evening meal. Had it not been for the noise we would have eaten there more frequently. Summary. We are undecided about this hotel. Overall the hotel is very good and in most circumstances we would stay there again; however, the noise issues (both internal and external) will stop us making another booking.

the vira bali boutique hotel & suite near to the airport , you can avoid the traffic problem .. the room are very clean and comfortable .. the service staff are friendly ., strongly recommend this hotel if you stay at kuta .

The breakfast was fantastic. Location was fantastic. The Gym was not. In my humble opinion a gym should have open earlier than 7AM. And it closes way too early as well. So for that reason I would have to reconsider if I would stay at this hotel again. My job entails me to exercise and it does not have my requirements. I need a hotel where the gym facilities is good and it opens earlier than 7AM.

We always stay at the Vira because of the very friendly staff who take very good care of us always. We cannot complain about the Hotel itself. Kept immaculately clean and the rooms are very comfy. Linen very clean and the bathroom always left beautifully clean. If there was thing I could change, it would be the choice of fridge they have used in the room. It seems to be a wine cooler and not a normal fridge. We had trouble keeping our juices and soft drinks cold enough so had to buy a small esky and buy ice every day. If only they had of left the older fridge in the room after the renos, we would be happier. Other than that, beautiful hotel to stay.

Too Noisy.

Nice Hotel. Good location and good airport transfers. Bit of a musty smell in room. Clean and nice room. The major problem is that there is VERY LOUD music across the street that runs from 700 til 10;00 pm. We had an early flight the next day and it was not possible to sleep. If you don’t care about the noise then it’s a pretty good hotel. Would not recommend the restaurant.

Holiday from hell! We arrived to Kuta, 7 minutes from the airport which was at first a great treat until we see our room. We have been severely mislead by false advertising. The Superior King Room which includes a bathtub does not actually include a king bed or a bathtub. What an awful experience for 2 travelers who just wanted their last night in Bali to be relaxing and romantic.. don’t get me started! The hell we endured. If getting falsely advertised room with a broken soap dispenser wasn’t enough we had heard all night the room to the right of us’ mobile phone ring tone and conversation word for word and the room on the left banging, moving furniture and partying until 6:45am when we checked out. Needless to say this experience was a nightmare. The only thing that made this hotel bearable was the lovely ladies on the front counter. The men were not great though, very rude!
