The front desk staff was wonderful and helped me book several great tours! The housekeeping staff also did an excellent job. Everything was very clean. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. The decore (curtains, pictures) were outdated and made the room look a little shabby and outdated. Still, a good value for the price and I would stay here again.

A dearth of accessible electric outlets; need more for chargers. Quiet; pool bar closed.

My wife and I looked up your hotel on line before we came to Aruba because we were going to a resort on Saturday and wanted to arrive in Aruba a day early so we sought you . We were very glad we did and will again because of the customer service and cleanliness of the whole place even during the construction going on. We stayed one night and the two people that were on duty were amazing and helpful. Juan and a beautiful spirited young lady whose name I don't remember because it was unique to me. Your location was a big win for you with us. Loved it

We were a bit disappointed at our stay. We have stayed here before and have had mixed feelings. It seems that we always get one of the older room. Mattress was very uncomfortable. Pillows left much to be desired. The front desk could not get our bracelets to work. On the plus side it was very quiet. The resort definitely needs refurbishing. It is just a place to lay your head. No frills. We do love the location.

This was a fantastic and very affordable hotel for our first Aruban experience!! 👍PROS: The room was very clean and super comfortable. The staff was superb, courteous, beyond lovely. The location is 5 stars. It’s a quick walk to the beach and close to all the restaurants and the main strip. King size bed was very comfortable No screaming kids. Very quiet and peaceful. A/C and ceiling fan were on point and kept our room nice and chill When you go to the beach (about a 5 minute walk from the hotel), there are padded beach chairs set aside just for guests of the hotel ======================== 👎CONS: Pool closes at 7pm Unfortunately, there isn’t a pool jacuzzi Rooms are a little on the basic side. Don’t get me wrong they are very nice and very clean but a little on the basic size. Unfortunately the gym isn’t that great. They do have a elliptical and a cycling bike and 4 sets of dumbbells (2) 10lbs (2) 15lbs (2) 20lbs (2) 25lbs So it’s hard (but not impossible) to keep your training regiment going while yoir on vacation. ======================== Overall, a great experience!! Can’t wait to come back again!!

I was hesitant about staying here because it was only rated as good. But after a disastrous one night stay at an air b & b I had no choice but to book last minute a week at this place. I was pleasantly surprised out how clean the room was and how great it smelled. Staff were super nice, attentive and accommodating.Housekeeping came very early to clean the rooms and anything that was needed was promptly brought to your room. If you don't care that the beach is about a clock away then there is nothing wrong with staying at this place. We had a car and went to other beaches on the island so it didn't matter that we had to walk a block the the beach. There are many restaurants within walking distance so you never go hungry. The pool is quite small, but I am not a pool person and didn't use the pool at all. I visited during the COVID 19 pandemic and I'm sure the hotel wasn't as crowded as it normally would be, but it really wasn't a bad stay at all. Good Budget hotel.

Great customer service and fun environment. Our first room was just fine and they moved us to another one which had no available outlets, tv didn’t work, AC didn’t work and we took cold showers our last two days.
