Nice

The room was nice and clean, the bathroom door would not shut it was hanging up. But other than that it was nice my grandkids enjoyed the pool and the staff was very helpful.

Take the leap and book!

The hotel is up on a hill by the airport. Nothing nearby. You will have to drive into town for food. We were in the suite. We loved it. The floors were uneven and swayed a little. The 1st night the batteries died in both remotes and the AC control. We were uncomfortable but notified the hotel staff and they remedied it immediately. We didn’t partake in the breakfast but there was a crowd. We were In town for the Garth concert. Every hotel in town was sold out. The hotel did a great job considering the magnitude of people.

Run down and broken

The hot tub was broken the 24 hr gym was closed for our entire stay the shower in our room did not drain properly and the staff was rude when we requested more towels for our room, we were staying 6 nights and had 4 people in the room and she would only give me 3 towels.

Check in was very easy and fast. They offer long term parking for $5/day, with an airport shuttle, which was an awesome and unexpected benefit. Bfast starts at 5, but at 4am they already had food out so my 11 yr old was able to get his much needed bfast before our early morning flight!

Disappointing customer service!

I was there for 3 nights. The room next to mine had 3 dogs. They barked until late in the night the first night. The second night when I got backed they barked constantly for 45 minutes before I went to the front desk and was told he had contacted them, but there was no one in the room with them and that was all he could do! They continued to bark on and off until 11:30. The next night I asked the front desk to please ask them to keep the dogs quiet after 10, so I could sleep. At 10:15 I had to call the front desk - she hadn’t told them, but would now. Upon checking out I complained that it was not good customer service and was told someone would contact me. That was 4 days ago and nothing, so now I will leave my review. It is a shame that they couldn’t offer one of us another room during our stay!
