La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Queens (New York City)

NO water pressure, no shower, unsafe neighborhood, but friendly staff. However, my coworker wanted to drop off package for me earlier in the day and he was told "not a good idea".

Terrible stay, it was nothing like they printed on your website. No microwave in room. I had to change 2 rooms twice. 1st room-filthy dirty towels and stains on bed, garbage on dressers, toilet disgusting, hair in tub. 2nd room, shower handle fell off couldnt stop water.3rd room heat not working properly. No face towels only bath towels but they were holes in cut up. Even the floor towel they cut in half. They have limited parking like 10 parking spot. No breakfast served bathroom smelled like urine I was frustrated didnt bother call hotel.com they dont care just like the last time I reported to them disaster they wouldnt give any vouchers or discounts for future stays knowing they are ultimately responsible for what they put on their website

First floor one night stay rooms looks terrible, first room had beeping from the smoke alarm, changed to another room, bed sheets did not look clean, tv was not working, bathroom

Our stay at this property was very disappointing, whenever I stopped by the front desk to ask for something they never had it!, No extra towels until the next evening, the mini fridge was broken and was never fixed or replaced, they did not even have toilet paper, which I would think is a basic item to have on hand. The rooms looked like they have not been updated for a long time, most of the outlets were kind of loose, the tv remote control was missing its cover and only one little lamp for the entire room, besides the light at the door. The heating unit on the window was super loud. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

The room is good with good furniture, Linens were not clean and stained Parking is too limited to 10 cars while there is almost 100 room

Do not stay at this hotel. I stayed here the 15th of October threw the 20th. The front desk girl walked into the break room and told my wife and anther gentleman they are closing it. Me and my wife were warming up food. This room is the only microwave in the building. We are a interracial couple and the gentleman was a black man. She asked “ do you have reservations if you don’t you have to get out”. The girl never said anything to me. The same girl broke into our room at 950 the same night . I chased the girl down the hall before she said front desk! I just got back from Iraq. This could’ve ended badly. She never knocked on my door or said front desk . It took me running after her! I asked for a manager the next day Victor the front desk, refused to give me the manager number or call him. He rudely told my wife “ you can’t have any towels you already have them in your room”. We stayed here for five days. On Monday we were told the manager was here. The manager never showed up to work. We returned to the room 30 mins later. We were talked and the house keeper walked into our room looked at my wife and left. She didn’t say anything she just walked in and straight out. I was getting dressed. This is a invasion of our privacy I was not dressed. This is twice they done that. I finish getting dressed and find the house keeper eating a sandwich in the break room and had to beg for towels. The manager said it was okay for them to walk into our room. I feel violated!!!

Happy with this hotel. Staff were very friendly and listen to the requests. Parking lot is small and get overcrowded, but we didn't experience any issue.
