Best Western Knoxville Suites - Downtown

Very pleasant and quiet stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My children had fun in the indoor swimming pool.

Very roomy, clean, comfortable room for a great price Nice bedding and Twitter sinks in room was handy. Overall very happy with our stay.

everybody was very kind to my family in town for 2 nights for a baseball tournament. We had our family dog with us, who was received completely without the weird looks. Plenty of grassy areas around to walk her to. Several places to eat within walking distance as well as the Ingles next door, and a convenience store as well. The ball tournament ended up being cancelled for foul weather, but the stay was much appreciated. Highly reccomend!

I stayed for two nights while in town for a family wedding. The check-in process went fairly smooth. The part of Knoxville the hotel was in made me a little uncomfortable once I arrived, but I chose the hotel for its convenience to the interstate and wedding venue. Once I arrived in my room, I noted some of the carpeting in the room showed its age. I could not make coffee in my room because the coffee pot's coffee tray was missing. The refrigerator worked, but it did not keep as cold my food and drink as I'd have liked. My ice pack, even in the "freezer" section, was almost the same temperature as my items in the fridge portion. Overall, an alright stay with fairly friendly service.

Very clean. This was especially welcome because so many places have let down in their upkeep. Still offered a cold breakfast of bagels, cereal, fruit and yogurt very welcome for that. I usually fly but have had to drive my last 2 trips this was the best valued hotel I stayed at. Staff was friendly too

It was a nice, bigger than average room. Very clean and quiet. Close to the highway, easy on and off. Nothing great, but nothing wrong either. Good for the price.

I really enjoyed this hotel was convenient to everything. Hotel staff was very friendly. The room was nice and comfortable as well. All was good except breakfast was kinda slim but with covid i understand. Will stay again if knoxville again.

One of the cleanest places we have stayed at!! I am a clean freak and wipe the room down with Clorox wipes. NO DIRT! Even the door handles, remote, light switches were spotless!! Kudos to this cleaning crew!
