Mediocre at best

The staff was super friendly and very helpful The lobby/breakfast area is very tiny The pool was closed The room had stains on the carpet There were ants on the window sill, the bathroom, and on the walls around the window The plug behind one of the beds was busted and hanging out of the wall. We unplugged the lamp just to be safe The beds are old and uncomfortable The orange juice was very watered down at breakfast, no milk for the cereal, only fruit was oranges. For $143 I was very very disappointed We have stayed here before and it was in a lot better condition. Don’t think we will stay here again.

Confusion at check in

When we checked in, we were informed there were no cribs/pack n plays even though the hotel has listed they have them. So we had to drive 20 minutes away to get a pack n play. At check out, we were told they do in fact have cribs but the girl working check in the day before didn’t know that. Taking the pack n play we bought home wasn’t an option as our car was already packed tight from our trip. So, again, we had to go out of our way to return it to the store we bought it from. We were also unable to talk to a manager as there wasn’t one on duty at the time and we couldn’t wait around for them to get in.

property is desperately in need of remodeling and updating. Carpet worn, room amenities out dated and uncomfortable. The staff was very cordial and helpful to the extent they could given the property.

Was in the right place, easy to get to and leave. Hot tub was down, was looking for that after driving 8 hours.

Honestly I believe this is the fault of Hotels.com

The beds were uncomfortable. The hotel itself is old and needs a upgrade. But it was clean. Staff was kind and helpful. The big disappointment was the hot tub was not working. I even called to make sure it was and I was told by the people at Hotel.com it was. Supposedly they call the hotel for me to check. It was the sole reason we booked that hotel. Supper disappointed. The hotel manager was sweet and Apologized and tried to compensate us with a hotel room with a hot tub in it. But we were there with family and that was not sufficient for us to all sit in and enjoy conversation with each other. Honestly I believe this is the fault of Hotels.com not sure they really checked with the hotel to make sure the hot tub is working.

This was a great hotel for us to stay traveling with our dogs for the holidays. The area was a great spot to take our dogs for a walk. The hotel was pet friendly and we had a first floor room that accommodated us and our dogs well. Would stay here again.

We really liked the pool and hot tub. Also the proximity to restaurants, gas stations, stores, etc. Did not like that you cannot close the curtains. There were only sheers and the parking lot lights and morning sun glared directly where the bed is. You should also consider putting families with children on the bottom floor so when they wake early they’re not stomping around waking the rest of the hotel.
