GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

From the run down conditions to the awful staff (except the breakfast guy who was so nice!) I do NOT recommend this hotel for families. We arrived Friday to no water until the next morning. Saturday was hard to get warm water, sunday no warm water at all. Mechanical room left open and a complete mess which is a big danger. No slide just random stairs which are slippery and dangerous. Hot tub doesn't work, had caution tape around it with chairs (how safe) the door to outside to sit in lawn chairs has to be left open, so the pool room is freezing cold. if you talk to the staff, the don't care. They refer you to Aaron who acts nice and like a great owner in person, but boy was he quick to lie! He told hotels.com we threw parties in our room & trashed it (I have a 9 month old, 3 year old, and I'm pregnant. Total party!) I guess maybe vacuuming up the Cheerios was too much work for him? I figure if you pay $150 a night with no water they could vacuum without complaint. He also hung up on the woman who tried to contact him. Thank god for the awesome customer service at hotels.com who will hopefully save him from taking advantage of more families. Don't even waste your time with this hotel, you'll end up frustrated and unhappy. I attached some pictures so you can see for yourself since there weren't many online

No complaints, great service!

Impressed with cleanliness! Bathroom a bit dated but overall perfectly fine for what we needed for a night. Good breakfast options. Manager (I believe name was Aaron) went above and beyond! Thanks for a great stay.

I do not write many reviews… Beds were hard, pillows were lumpy and the comforters were all clumpy (I’m sure from washings…I hope). It was hard to regulate heat/coolness in the room. The breakfast area was very tight. Pool area was nice. The kids enjoyed the BB hoop. I tripped on uneven sidewalk walking in for check in. I hit my head and arm on the corner of the building. Front desk staff offered 1st aid kit with Antiseptic spray.

Not impressed

We learned after showing up that the hot tub has not worked for over a year. When I asked for towels because we did not have our room serviced during our 3 day stay, I was told no and had to argue to get them. Then they had trouble with my card, so I used another. Now I am fighting to receive credit for the double billing because manager is not available until after 11pm tonight!

Great hotel overall

Loved this place, staff was very attentive and they would always ask you if you need something, and how they can help to make your stay more enjoyable. Loved to have fresh breakfast available every morning. Now, my suggestion would be to upgrade their pillows, or provide some firm ones, because they are too soft and you might need to use some extra pillows.
