Ramada Plaza Shanghai Pudong Airport

Conveniently located property, clean, friendly staff

This is my go-to hotel when leaving from Shanghai Pudong airport. Convenient location and shuttle. Excellent service and very comfortable rooms.

Typical airport hotel. Good service and frequent bus service to airport (which is only 5 minutes away from hotel). We only had breakfast and that was very good (lots of choice). Replies on special request were fast and efficient.

Perfect hotel to spend for a layover. Bed was amazing and the shuttle bus works every 15mins or 30mins to/from the airport

We stayed here because we were in transit and looking for a hotel close to the airport. It's about 5-10 minutes drive away and there is a free shuttle bus. Super friendly staff. Restaurant food is so-so. Our rooms were VERY warm. Too warm.

This would be a terrible place for you if you are want to enjoy the stay, with good food and entertainment. The location of the hotel is nowhere and the nearest rastrant is many miles away. The only place you can get your food is in the hotel but the food there is bad and very expensive. There is no tip culture in China but the interesting part is the resrant in the hotel mandated service charge (tip) in addition to to food cost which doesn't make sense to me.

Airplane sound, smoking smell

Room smelled a little. Bed was a little too soft. Otherwise, it was fine.

Would have been 5 stars, but the hotel failed to mention that shuttle service ended before my flight arrival time in the early morning. Also, the shuttle stop was difficult to find. A sign at the shuttle departure stop was the first info with the news. It had a number to call for pick up at other times, but the ride didn't come. I'd have spent the night in the airport after paying for my room had a kind Chinese couple not come along, re-telephoned the hotel, and shown me to a different location for the pickup.

Close to the airport with a shuttle service and the King room was a great size with a comfortable bed
