La Griffe Roma MGallery Collection

his was our second experience with an Accor INK hotel. The first is Amsterdam exceeded expectation and so I had high hopes for La Griffe. Fortunately, its location is superb and I would highly recommend it for someone wanting a good location. The hotel itself was underwhelming. The initial room turned out to be a two story with a spiral staircase up to the bedroom (not accessible from the floor above) which would not work for us "mobility challenged". They then suggested a very nice room, but nothing remarkable. The hallways on the floor looked like they were ready for painting (a dull green/grey color with no pictures or anything to break up the bleakness). The restaurant on the roof was great and the staff there did a very good job of looking after the guests. Bottom line was it was just average, not what I expected of an INK.

Nice hotel, good size room and large ceiling. very close to all the main sights and metro (less than 2km walk). Plenty of shops, restaurants and Gelato on the Main Street. My only complaint was the hallway is very noisy with people talking and cleaning carts, if you plan on sleeping in this makes it difficult to do so. Perhaps the hotel can put up quiet signs in the hallway?

We stayed in the Junior Suite and had an amazing time. Staff were very polite and helpful, they gave us a tour of a the hotel, and helped us with tourist and dinner suggestions. The experience and staff made our experience and stay an excellent one. Would definitely stay there again. Good location.

Central location, modern and clean facility. Friendly and attentive staff.

Standard city hotels, no frills but does the job, 15-20 mins from major sites. Facilities basic for a 5 star hotel.

The property was well located. Photos on the Internet were much nicer than the actual room. The phone in my room and my brother's room DID NOT WORK. We could not even call room to room. I reported this several times to the front desk but it was never fixed. However, The staff of the hotel were wonderful. The breakfast each morning was spectacular. The tub in the room seems very dangerous; no grab bars to assist. Anyone who has hip problems will have a difficult time getting out of the tub/shower. Great location!

The employees who work in the reception are really nice. However the house cleaning is so bad. The towels are not clean, and they didn’t refill the shampoos, shower gel. I don’t think they worth 5 stars.

It's a decent, 5 star hotel close to the centre and walking distance to The Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, Colliseum etc... Cocktails are good, the bar's Ok, food's OK etc... Nothing wrong with it and the only element is it's not as good as a "Sofitel" but rather is a sort of "Sofitel Light." For me, it's a normal 5 star hotel which is clean, decent, good service but just lacks the 'wow' factor of a really good Sofitel.

The property is awesome. They have a rooftop restaurant which is amazing. They offer a buffet breakfast which is 20 euros per person which is totally worth it. All you can eat and drink basically. They have water, OJ, pineapple and IJ. They have capuchinos, lattes, etc. American type scrambled eggs. Cheeses, croissant, chocolate croissants, bread, cereals, fruits, hams.... It’s basically great. We had breakfast there everyday before starting our ventures. Hotel was very clean and spacious. Very close to Metro (closed for repairs) and Termini station. I would definitely stay.
