Great for families

Great hotel. Room set up was perfect. Could have been a little bit cleaner, but nothing terrible. Staff was very friendly. Great having lifeguards at the kiddie pool. Restaurant was perfect for families and reasonably priced.

Restaurant fitting for mall food court and open only 5 days/week with limited hours. WiFi unsecured, forcing me to leave early and find other accommodations.

Very family friendly. Very clean. The activity center was so great for kids and the staff were so helpful and sweet. Splash pad and pools were great. Kids had a great time. Full kitchen, washer dryer invaluable. Thank you!

The property was wonderful especially for January the weather was 70° and the water was 85 great for the kids lots of amenities to keep them entertained and close to Scottsdale great time

I was very displeased at the fact that when I first got there, it was late and I was jet lagged. I tried checking in at the front desk and they sent me over to talk to a lady named Pam. She made small talk and I told her it was my birthday and I had the weekend planned out with a bunch of activities. She said they were running a promotion and I was eligible to get $150 cash back. I said okay great. She hands me paperwork to sign for the room and then another sheet to initial. After I do all the it was then she informed me I was signed up for some 90 minute seminar on time shares the next day. Being tired and already standing in the lobby for like 45 minutes I just took the paperwork and went back to my room. After reading over the paperwork she basically conned me to sign, it stated if I didn't show up I would be charged a $35 cancelation fee. I called the front desk the very next morning and told the receptionist I would not be able to attend and she said she would relay the message. Then they started blowing up my phone. I got called on my cell at 1:45 Saturday, then again at 9am on the room phone on Sunday, and then again at 10am when we were checking out on Monday. The room and amenities were very nice but the staff obviously has some sort of high pressured sales scam going on. After checking a few other hotels in the area, I could have stayed at a much nicer looking place for not much more and wouldn't have been bothered with that crap. I will never stay here again nor

Great place for families with pools & activity center. Very clean and our signature 4 Bedroom was really great with everything provided. Only drawback was restaurant had limited service & hours but nice to have on site when open. No room or trash service for the week we were there so we had to take our trash to cans daily.

Nice hotel however they had a really horrible customer service person working at the front desk when we arrived and after driving 6 hours with a car full of equipment and babies it was not a great experience to show up to talk to someone with a horrible attitude telling us it’s our fault our room had been canceled when in reality it was their fault. After waiting over an hour finally the manager came to fix the problem.
